Anil is a resident of New Nandamuri Nagar. Due to unfortunate family circumstances, Anil and his two sisters were sent to live in a hostel. During his stay in the hostel, Anil developed a high fever and eventually began having seizures. During a visit by HEAL health workers to the area, Anil’s father informed her about his son’s health. The health workers advised him to pick up Anil from the hostel to get him treatment.

HEAL’s health workers took Anil and his father to the hospital. Anil was seen by a physician at Gandhi hospital and underwent the required blood testing. One of the health workers helped him receive a health card which has allowed him to receive free medical treatment. Anil was also able to receive free medicine. After some rest, Anil has resumed attending school. His father recognized his son’s ill health condition and told HEAL that it was the timely help by the health worker that has enabled his son to regain his normal health.
